The Kontact's settings-window cannot be resized in height to fit screen .. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Kontact > Settings
2. Window opens but cannot fit screen

OBSERVED RESULT

i cannot resize the window in heigth lesser than 1481 or so on a hidpi screen

EXPECTED RESULT

beeing able fit window to scrren
