SUMMARY
krita crashes in the loading page after saying loading main window and then crashes 
and restaring the computer did not work and turning off the anti virus program
also did not help


OBSERVED RESULT
krita crashed

EXPECTED RESULT
krita turning on drawing interface

Please give us information about your system:

* which version of Windows do you have?
* What GPU do you have?
* Which driver do you have installed for the GPU?
* The output of the Display tab of the dxdiag utility

Please also try to make a debug log. Start debugview (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/debugview), then start Krita. Append the output of debugview to this bug report.

Please also try to make a crash log. Download both zip files from https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Windows_Build/, first copy the contents of the krita zip to, say, your desktop, then copy the contents of the dbg zip into the unzipped Krita folder. Follow https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/dr_minw_debugger.html#dr-minw to find the crash log.
