SUMMARY
Lokalize silently fails to show project tree on KIO error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a problem with KIO's file.so.
2. Open a project in Lokalize.

OBSERVED RESULT
Project tree is empty. On the command line:

kf5.kio.core: couldn't create slave: "Ответ от klauncher: Ошибка загрузки «/usr/lib64/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so»."
kf5.kio.core: "Ошибка создания вспомогательного процесса ввода/вывода. Ответ от klauncher: Ошибка загрузки «/usr/lib64/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so»."

EXPECTED RESULT
Lokalize should report this error in its GUI.
