SUMMARY
You can move avatars out of their normal position by clicking and dragging them into space that is not already used by other avatars.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the avatar gallery when selecting an avatar for a user
2. Click and drag an avatar into empty space, usually to the right or below the avatar

OBSERVED RESULT
The avatar is moved out of its normal position.

EXPECTED RESULT
The avatar should not move when clicked and dragged.

This is fixed in the Plasma 5.20 rewrite.
