SUMMARY

I use a dell computer with Window 7 and a wacom intuos tablet.
When I try to color in work, for example if I use the color red, it shows blue on the screen instead. However, in the layer it shows red unlike the blue shown on screen. I've tried to play with some color settings to try to fix the issue, but none of them work.
