Comment 1 Bennet 2019-07-11 12:23:49 UTC
Updated KDE Plasma to 5.16.3: issues still there.
Comment 2 Bennet 2019-07-12 16:13:13 UTC
After waking-up of standby-mode with LK 4.19 the issue appears too, then after reboot everything fine again.
Comment 3 Bennet 2019-07-28 10:16:51 UTC
Because of https://forum.manjaro.org/t/kernel-5-2-1-1-on-amd-hardware-weird-graphic-glitches/95853 I did a BIOS update but no improvements. So I did some further testing and created a fresh KDE user and surprisingly no issue on the fresh profile (with the problematic kernels mentioned above) Also noticed some boot errors and shutdown errors when using the problematic kernels. Additionally:
When first login to the not fresh user and then the log out and login to the fresh user the issue appears too.
Comment 4 Bennet 2019-07-28 11:16:35 UTC
Fixed the boot, shutdown errors but still no improvements.

Seems to be related to Mesa. See https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110199 (RX 400-500 issue with 75hz monitors)
