After latest updates. It crashed four times in a row, i.e. also when it tried to autorestart until it gave up. I then started openbox, restarted kwin, and the problem went away and hasn't come up since. #6 0x00007f6d24236442 in KWin::ColorCorrect::Manager::resetSlowUpdateTimer() () at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkwin.so.5 #7 0x00007f6d24236602 in KWin::ColorCorrect::Manager::resetSlowUpdateStartTimer() () at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkwin.so.5 #8 0x00007f6d24236845 in KWin::ColorCorrect::Manager::resetQuickAdjustTimer() () at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkwin.so.5 #9 0x00007f6d24236da0 in KWin::ColorCorrect::Manager::init() () at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkwin.so.5 #10 0x00007f6d21b8198f in QtPrivate::QSlotObjectBase::call(QObject*, void**) (a=0x7ffea6a85940, r=0x560ce14f65c0, this=0x560ce1501af0) at ../../include/QtCore/../../src/corelib/kernel/qobjectdefs_impl.h:394 #11 0x00007f6d21b8198f in QMetaObject::activate(QObject*, int, int, void**) (sender=0x7ffea6a86280, signalOffset=<optimized out>, local_signal_index=<optimized out>, argv=<optimized out>) at kernel/qobject.cpp:3776 #12 0x00007f6d2493de78 in () at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkdeinit5_kwin_x11.so #13 0x00007f6d21b8198f in QtPrivate::QSlotObjectBase::call(QObject*, void**) (a=0x7ffea6a85aa0, r=0x7ffea6a86280, this=0x560ce1591f30) at ../../include/QtCore/../../src/corelib/kernel/qobjectdefs_impl.h:394 #14 0x00007f6d21b8198f in QMetaObject::activate(QObject*, int, int, void**) (sender=0x560ce1500500, signalOffset=<optimized out>, local_signal_index=<optimized out>, argv=<optimized out>) at kernel/qobject.cpp:3776 #15 0x00007f6d2493e331 in () at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkdeinit5_kwin_x11.so #16 0x00007f6d21b8198f in QtPrivate::QSlotObjectBase::call(QObject*, void**) (a=0x7ffea6a85c20, r=0x560ce14e44c0, this=0x560ce14e40b0) at ../../include/QtCore/../../src/corelib/kernel/qobjectdefs_impl.h:394 #17 0x00007f6d21b8198f in QMetaObject::activate(QObject*, int, int, void**) (sender=0x560ce14e44c0, signalOffset=<optimized out>, local_signal_index=<optimized out>, argv=<optimized out>) at kernel/qobject.cpp:3776 #18 0x00007f6d2327c608 in () at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libKF5WindowSystem.so.5 #19 0x00007f6d21b8239b in QObject::event(QEvent*) (this=0x560ce14e44c0, e=<optimized out>) at kernel/qobject.cpp:1282 #20 0x00007f6d2294d65c in QApplicationPrivate::notify_helper(QObject*, QEvent*) () at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5Widgets.so.5 #21 0x00007f6d22954b90 in QApplication::notify(QObject*, QEvent*) () at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5Widgets.so.5 #22 0x00007f6d21b51d18 in QCoreApplication::notifyInternal2(QObject*, QEvent*) (receiver=0x560ce14e44c0, event=0x7ffea6a85fd0) at kernel/qcoreapplication.cpp:1060 #23 0x00007f6d21bae219 in QTimerInfoList::activateTimers() (this=this@entry=0x560ce14ced90) at kernel/qtimerinfo_unix.cpp:643 #24 0x00007f6d21bab64c in QEventDispatcherUNIXPrivate::activateTimers() (this=this@entry=0x560ce14cecf0) at kernel/qeventdispatcher_unix.cpp:249 #25 0x00007f6d21bac422 in QEventDispatcherUNIX::processEvents(QFlags<QEventLoop::ProcessEventsFlag>) (this=<optimized out>, flags=...) at kernel/qeventdispatcher_unix.cpp:514 #26 0x00007f6d0cdcd91e in QXcbUnixEventDispatcher::processEvents(QFlags<QEventLoop::ProcessEventsFlag>) (this=0x560ce14cefe0, flags=...) at qxcbeventdispatcher.cpp:60 #27 0x00007f6d21b5003a in QEventLoop::exec(QFlags<QEventLoop::ProcessEventsFlag>) (this=this@entry=0x7ffea6a86190, flags=..., flags@entry=...) at kernel/qeventloop.cpp:225 #28 0x00007f6d21b59170 in QCoreApplication::exec() () at kernel/qcoreapplication.cpp:1363 #29 0x00007f6d2493fbf8 in kdemain () at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkdeinit5_kwin_x11.so #30 0x00007f6d24567b97 in __libc_start_main (main=0x560cdf747720, argc=3, argv=0x7ffea6a86428, init=<optimized out>, fini=<optimized out>, rtld_fini=<optimized out>, stack_end=0x7ffea6a86418) at ../csu/libc-start.c:310 #31 0x0000560cdf74775a in _start () Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.60.0 Qt Version: 5.12.3
