SUMMARY

With the latest version of Konsole's split you can drag and drop sub windows. A  highlighted shows the new position. However, the highlighted area does not match the one of the actual occupation afterwards. If it's a half, it should a hald and not a third. Please compare the screen record.

This should be easy to solve for a horizontal split. A vertical split may need more considerations.

It appears this bug has been fixed as of at least version 21.08.0.

I couldn't find any corresponding closed bugs or issues on invent.kde.org to link.
