STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Width of places panel is smaller than when I closed the program. Names of directories are only shown half.

EXPECTED RESULT
Same width as when closing the program.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Picture 1 shows the way I set it in Dolphin, by dragging the line between the places panel and the main window.
Picture 2 is how it appears when I re-open Dolphin.

Please discard this "bug" since it is not a bug.
It was my own stupidity which caused the events I saw. Things are well now.

Cause: I switched back from a beta version of Manjaro to the normal version while keeping the hidden config folders and files in my home folder. Somehow the normal version doesn't play well with files from the beta version.

Apologies for filing this bug.
