SUMMARY
Previously any Mail sent landed in the sent-mail/cur/ directory; now it's landing in the sent-mail/new/ directory.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send an e-Mail.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Mail sent lands in the
~/.local/share/.local-mail.directory/sent-mail/new/ directory.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Mail sent previously (since years!) landed in the
~/.local/share/.local-mail.directory/sent-mail/cur/ directory.

Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Leap 15.1

KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.8

No longer an issue – the openSUSE kdepimruntime patch openSUSE-2019-1696 to v18.12.3 on 8th July seems to have fixed this issue.
“Add Qt5NetworkAuth and qca-qt5 BuildRequires for OAuth2 support for the EWS resource.”

No idea as to why this fixed the issue but, it did – maybe the rebuild helped …
