When I was logged in to Manjaro forum, a pop-up jumped to show me that someone replied to me. This is new behavior.
There is no usage of org.kde.plasma.private.notifications in main.qml, this looks like a distro packaging issue.
Nevermind, looks like you're using "Full Notifications KDE 5 Applet" which is using a private import that got removed in the notifications rewrite of Plasma 5.16. Private imports are private for a reason and no guarantees about their compatibility and existance is given between versions, sorry.
I forgot that a year ago I did some modification to notifications: I changed font size and colour. I reinstalled knotifications package and everything is ok now.
