Well, the shift-drag method doesn't work, but that's intentional, because the line tool has specialized meaning for the shift modifier. You can still change the size of the brush in all the other ways Krita has for that.

Hello.

Thanks for answer.

I don't use Shift-drag way for "line tool". I use key buttons "[" and "]" on keyboard to change brush size how for Freehand brush, Rectangle, Ellipse. In Krita 4.1.7 it work for "line tool", bet doesn't work now in 4.2.2 version. Brush size in "line tool" options can change now only from scale-size-cell.
Is it bug or did so intentional?

Thanks.

hello Vandi, "[" and "]" shortcuts should work unless your keyboard has a different layout than and US Qwerty.

With default shortcuts my "[" key does not work as it is assinged to a dead key, and krita does not sees the normal "[" as i requiere a "Alt" + combination to make it. However "]" works ok even if I also type an "alt" + "+" combination to create a "]". The difference in my layout is that "[" is in the same key as the accents (latam layout for writting spanish).

If you are using an special keyboard layout, What keyboard layout are you using?

This might be a bug in how Qt interprets the keyboard though :(

Let's keep all the line resize in one bug.
