this is the pop up window

SUMMARY
I installed the application properly, when I run it, it always asked me to install circuit macros package (m4), eventhough i install the package but the software always keep pop windows, i tried this on ubuntu 16.04, 14.04, and fedora 28,29,30. but no results. the software maybe address the wrong location of m4 dirictory. 

Please help me.
