Description idekel 2019-06-30 13:10:07 UTC
SUMMARY
When I connect a monitor to the laptop the new monitor is detected perfectly but when I disconnect the monitor the system does not detect that it is not longer there, so the system behaves as the monitor is still there and I loose access to some of my windows/apps also some times new windows open in the other screen (that is not there).
I placed this issue under kwin because If I restart kwin everything works fine again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect a monitor
2. Move some windows to it
3. Disconnect the monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
The system does not detect that the monitor is gone

EXPECTED RESULT
The system should detect that the monitor is gone

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon
