SUMMARY
Gwenview does not report error if KIO fails to trash an image.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make sure KIO has a problem loading trash.so.
2. open an image in gwenview
3. press Delete

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

In command line:
  kf5.kio.core: couldn't create slave: "Ответ от klauncher: Ошибка загрузки «/usr/lib64/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/trash.so»."

EXPECTED RESULT
Gwenview should report KIO error.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Gwenview 25.08.0 (the latest released version)?
