Screenshots of Dolphin on both systems.

SUMMARY
With version 18.12.3 of Dolphin, when using the location bar in 'editable mode,' the history drop down shows only the current view.  History is not shown.  In older versions, for example 17.12.3, this drop down showed the webdavs, ftp, and local locations I had entered and visited.

SYSTEM WITH ISSUE:

SYSTEM THAT WORKS AS EXPECTED:

* Qt Version: 5.9.4
