Start Discover 2. Press Upgrade 3. Enter Password on request OBSERVED RESULT Above error appears EXPECTED RESULT Carry out upgrade to latest version SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 16.04, Plasma 5.5.5, (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: Plasma 5.5.5, KDE Frameworks Version: ? Qt Version: 5.5.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a standard home PC with no proxies in use to my knowledge. I have tried using the command line with the same result.
Are you sure you're using Discover? Can you add a screenshot of the app you're using to upgrade?
Thanks for the quick reply. I was using Discover as the attached screenshot shows. But as you can see the error no longer occurs. However I did the same thing several times yesterday and this morning and the error occurred. It seems likely at this stage that it was telling the truth and there was a temporary problem with the server of some sort. I'm sorry for wasting your time and thanks for the quick follow up. You can lose this bug from my side.
