Observed CPU activity on Ksysguard, Gnome monitor and Htop.

SUMMARY
Running the system for some hours, Intel I5-8500 CPU's activity is represented wrongly as stuck on 100%.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check by running HTOP.
2. Check by running GNOME monitor.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
All CPUs work perfectly.

ksysguard is no longer maintained, in Plasma 6 there is the Plasma system monitor for this task.

If your issue still happens with the Plasma 6 replacement, please re-open and we can move this bug to the new product, thanks!
