SUMMARY
"no secrets were provided" wifi connectivity notification is reported every time after the login.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. turn on the computer;
2. enter the password so to access the user environment;
3. look at the area notification.

OBSERVED RESULT
long activity to get the get the connection ready

EXPECTED RESULT
quick activity to get the get the connection ready

I have the same issue on multiple devices with Neon. One of them a fresh install. dmesg looks normal.

Hi ! I'm affected too (it's been the case as far as I remember).

When turning the computer on OR waking it up, the wifi connection is randomly either resumed almost instantly OR takes about 1 minute, after indicating several notifications (no passphrase provided, connection disabled, connection enabled -- don't know the exact terms in English as I have a French install).
