Windows decoration add-on installer, show plasma widgets (Redshift Control) and not the downloaded and installed windows decorations

SUMMARY
It is not possible to view the packages installed via the kde store.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any configuration tool that includes download from the store by add-on installer (icons, window decorations, colors, ecc)
2. Download a new item (es. new icons pack)
3. Apply new item
4. Open the add-on installer again
5. Select "Installed" radio button

OBSERVED RESULT
No presence of previously installed packages

EXPECTED RESULT
List of installed packages and possibility to remove them

Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon KDE
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.1

Qt Version: 5.12.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If a plasma widget is installed (es. Redshift control), it appears in every "Installed" sections of every add-on installer

Solved on Plasma version 5.17.3
