SUMMARY

Proxy configuration in system settings are not shown after setting them. Despite this, the proxy works correctly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings and set a manual proxy 
2. Apply and close systemsettings
3. Open again systemsettings 

OBSERVED RESULT
in proxy section, although the correct radio button is selected, no text field is filled. 
Despite this, the proxy is correctly working. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Filled proxy configuration text fields.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kde Neon 18.04

No one is interested in proxy settings?

Same things for me.
I think the problem is related to bug 411316.
I also have proxy problems reported in bug report 411316.
