SUMMARY
Many times after waking up the laptop (ThinkPad X1 C6) from sleep I get a notification that kded5 has crashed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Lid
2. See the kded5 crash notification
3. nothing

OBSERVED RESULT
kded4 crashes and is restarted

EXPECTED RESULT
No Crashes.

Looks like this should likely fix it - https://phabricator.kde.org/D21980? Will close one I can verify with 5.16.2.
