SUMMARY The "CPUs separately" box in the system load viewer widget configuration is grayed out. There is no indication what I could/should do to be allowed to enable that checkbox. That's at best confusing and at worst frustrating UI design. Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux 10 KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5 Qt Version: 5.11.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54.0 Kernel Version: 4.19.0-5-amd64 OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 8 × Intel® Xeon® CPU E3-1505M v5 @ 2.80GHz Memory: 15,5 GiB of RAM
To enable that checkbox, the user has to 1. enable showing the CPU monitor, and 2. select "Compact bar".
Ah, that does it, thanks a lot! I tried various things but not that combination, it seems.
Is this still an issue or relevant with the new System Monitor applet in Plasma 5.19 and beyond?
