SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. mkdir build
2. cmake ..

OBSERVED RESULT
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:1 (cmake_minimum_required):
  CMake 3.10 or higher is required.  You are running version 3.6.2


EXPECTED RESULT
cmake version 3.6.2 is installed so should be fine with the project requirements

cmake 3.6.2 really is older than cmake 3.10.  cmake 3.6.2 is not sufficient

Fwiw, cmake3-3.13.5-1.el7 is available from EPEL repo for centos7

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. 
My eyes continued to read 3.1.0 instead of 3.10 for some weird reason.
Sorry for the useless issue!
