Could you please install the latest nightly build with debug information (https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Windows_Build/, you need both zip files, first unzip krita to, say, your desktop, then copy the contents of the dbg zip into the krita folder), and try to generate a crash log, too? See https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/dr_minw_debugger.html#dr-minw
