SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run plasma and wait for some time. I'm not sure what triggers it.  

OBSERVED RESULT
10% CPU load on plasmashell

EXPECTED RESULT
CPU is not used while idle

I found that the problem is caused by event calendar, the agenda was constantly scrolling up and down without any reason which caused a lot of repaints and CPU usage as result.
