Kickoff with not fully extendend panel in 5.16

SUMMARY
Since 5.16, it seems like the popup of a panel's widget is centered relative to the icon's position regardless how long the panel itself is. In case of a "dockish" panel (not fully extended), the expanded widget doesn't fit the size of the panel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add widget to the edge of panel
2. Open widget like Kickoff or Digital Clock

OBSERVED RESULT
Widget is aligned at the edge of screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Widget should respect size of panel and not jut out like in 5.15.

I updated my system last night and there were a bunch of plasma updates. This one may be the relevant package:

plasma-desktop (5.16.0-1 -> 5.16.1-2)

The issue now appears to be fixed: https://i.imgur.com/p4JSud7.png Can you update and confirm?
Comment 3 Christoph 2019-06-24 08:06:38 UTC
Yes, 5.16.1-2 fixes this bug.
