Have you tried switching the tablet input API in Settings > Configure Krita > Tablet Settings and then restarting Krita? Bug reports are not for user support! If you need help with Krita, make a post on the Krita (KDE) forums or on reddit, or you can ask in the developer chat - you'll find the links on the Krita website. If you are entirely sure this is a bug with Krita itself and not the drivers or hardware, you will have to fill out the description template that you left empty. Currently there is no information here that lets the developers know what the problem is.
Without a lot more information, we won't be able to help you, indeed.
(In reply to Boudewijn Rempt from comment #2) > Without a lot more information, we won't be able to help you, indeed. Nothing works in the app. Even when i configure some settings, they are not saved. Restarting Krita doesn't change anything. I think that it's a problem on Krita, because the tablet works well in others drawing applications. Thank you.
If "nothing works" then a couple of million other people wouldn't be able to use Krita, of course. And even if "the tablet works well in others drawing applications" that still doesn't mean there's a bug in krita, and not a misconfiguration in your system. Especially if you change settings, and they are not saved, I suspect some "security" application to be a problem.

So now please what can i do to resolve the problem?
Thanks for your comment! Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed. In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information.
There are two tablet driver types on Windows: Wintab and the Windows 8 Pointer API. Krita supports both out of the box, but badly written drivers may give problems. And some drivers remember individual settings per application, which means that it's entirely possible that a tablet works with application X and not with application Y without that being a bug in application Y. Please try the following: * Check whether your tablet works in the tablet tester: https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/preferences/tablet_settings.html#tablet-tester * Check whether it makes a difference if you switch between wintab and the window 8 pointer api (in the same settings page) Restart krita after switchign. * Try to reset your tablet's settings.
Oh, and please tell us which tablet you have, and which driver version.
