SUMMARY
Pasted Image is not located at the expected place

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Thumbnail view
2. Cut an image (Ctrl+X)
3. find a destination with arrows
4. Paste image (Ctrl+V)
5. Confirm "Insert pictures there"

OBSERVED RESULT
The picture is pasted somewhere at the bottom of the screen, not near the selected thumbnail.

EXPECTED RESULT
The pasted picture should be pasted near the lastly selected one.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Only make sense in Manual ordering mode.
