SUMMARY
The install button should be disabled while discover is rebuilding/refreshing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
If I i.e. press ALT+F2 and type knotes and the package is not installed, discover is an option (I love this)

OBSERVED RESULT
Then when discover opens, knotes is chosen and I can press the install button but nothing happens until a few seconds later where I can press it again, and NOW it installs.

EXPECTED RESULT
Package should be installed on first click
