Cursor stops moving when it reaches docker window

SUMMARY

Using the Wacom Intuos CTH-480 tablet you can't move the cursor over the menu or the docker. Cursor stops moving when it reaches docker window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Wacom Intuos pen
2. Try move cursor to docker

OBSERVED RESULT

Can't move the cursor over the menu or over the docker.
After adding new layer it works for few moments, but after drawing a few lines this behaviour backs again. 
There is no problem with mouse.
There is no problem with Huion Kamvas Pro 22 Tablet.

Krita version 4.2.1
Windows: 7
tablet: Wacom Intuos CTH-480

Hi,

This is a problem with your system, and not a bug in Krita. Otherwise  we'd have seen the issue before. 

There are many ways the wacom drivers can break, but if you're on Windows you cannot have the drivers for two different tablets installed at the same time. That breaks one or the other tablet.
