The %o placeholder for quick buttons operates on a nickname, so should be affected by the "Show quick buttons that operate on nicknames in nickname context menus" checkbox. If I have a quick button using %o and click on my own nickname, it should include the quick button in the context menu. As a motivating use case, I have a quick button with the action "/msg ChanServ op %c %o%n" to make myself op, but I can't use it via the context menu, so I have to have "show quick buttons" checked to show all buttons at all times, wasting UI real estate. I could change the action to use %u instead, but then I have to be careful not to click on the wrong nick or I'll make somebody else an operator. So I'd like %c to make the action available in the context menu. (And if Bug 408643 is implemented %c should cause the action to be in the context menu for the current channel).
