SUMMARY
As in the title. Activating an ethernet connection sends the activation notification twice. Screenshot and dbus-monitor log is attached.

OBSERVED RESULT
"Connection '<Conn Name>' Activated" notification is shown twice.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be sent once.

This is fixed now as of Plasma 6.4, and possible earlier too.
