SUMMARY

Kalarm stops showing alarms after suspension

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start KDE
2. sleep (suspend to ram)
3. wake up

OBSERVED RESULT
kalarm is still running, but no alarms are shown anymore.

EXPECTED RESULT
At least he should show new alarms, ideally also show past ones during the sleep.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu Disco + backports

To narrow down the cause of this bug, could you please try entering the following command in a terminal window when KAlarm has stopped working after suspension, and report whether KAlarm starts working after that:

    akonadictl restart

(If that does fix it, it may stop working again after you close the terminal window. Use Alt-F2 and enter the command there to avoid this problem.)

After I upgraded to 5.16.1 I was unable to reproduce the issue.

I think I can close it now
