SUMMARY
In the title bar of Krita, it does not display the filename.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a [filename].kra file
2. Look at the title for the program (at the very top left - above the menu bar [File, Edit, View, etc]. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
It just says ' - Krita', it does not have the filename

EXPECTED RESULT
'Filename - Krita' displayed in the top left hand corner of the program title bar

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This was working in 4.1.7, after the upgrade to 4.2.1 it is no longer working

That depends currently on whether Krita is in tab mode or in subwindow mode. In subwindow mode, if the subwindow is maximized, the document title is shown in the main titlebar. This is a change in Qt, and I'm not sure how to work around it.

I have fixed this bug has been fixed in Krita 5.x branch quite recently :)
