STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter some regexp (like /[kde]*/)
2. Press on "One of the following characters" widget
3. Press Enter

OBSERVED RESULT
https://docs.kde.org/index.php?branch=stable5&language=ru_RU&application=kregexpeditor&path=/kregexpeditor/index.html is opened. The page says that "The application kregexpeditor could not be found."

EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing happens, or, at least, the link to the valid docs is opened.
