Created attachment 120629 [details] Screenshot w/ labels of kdenlive UI bugs and issues SUMMARY After updating kdenlive to 19.04.1 from 18.12.X, my Color Theme, Layout, and Main Toolbar were reset. With the biggest issue being various icons are either invisible, or replaced with text. I was able to recover everything from selecting [View > Load Layout], [Settings > Color Theme], and [Settings > Configure Toolbars...]. However, I was not able to find a fix for the icon issue. I have yet to rollback a version. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Setup kdenlive 18.12.X w/ a color theme prefix, custom layout, and custom toolbars 2. Update to kdenlive 19.04.1, the issue will be apparent. OBSERVED RESULT Lack of icons and automatic Color Theme, Layout, and Toolbar recovery from previous version. EXPECTED RESULT (Explained above) SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 Pro for Workstations (1809) macOS: ~ Linux/KDE Plasma: ~ (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: ~ KDE Frameworks Version: "5.57.0" Qt Version: "5.12.3 (built against 5.12.3)" ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Also found in [Help > About Kdenlive > Libraries], "The windows windowing system"
Please try with Windows_Nightly_Build: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kdenlive_Nightly_mingw64/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/ Dark themes have now white icons. To see the correct dark themes you have to enable "Force Breeze Icon Theme" under settings. Will come whit tomorrow's release as well.
