SUMMARY
Nine images processed into one single image, not three

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Selected 9 CR2 files
2. Ran Stacked Images
3. Expected 3 output files, got 1

OBSERVED RESULT
Output enfuse-01.tif

EXPECTED RESULT
3 separate images

Windows: Win 10 Pro

Sorry, I do not understand this bug report. All input images are always processed to an output image. More is not provided. Should the tool separate the images by filename or exposure value?

I suppose, then, that to make 33 final HDR-like images from 99 bracketed 
(groups of 3) images, I must process each bracketed set one at a time. 
Is this right?

Yes, always 3 images individually. the tool does not batch process different images.
