Im sorry but there is little information on this bug report. Can you share the brand and model of your tablet? the windows version? Also update to Krita 4.2.1, it has some nice fixes :)

Also do you remember if windows update recently? Windows updates tend to mess up with tablet drivers, in which case the recommended path is to reinstall tablet drivers.

Since my Surface Pro 3 works, I guess the 6 should work out of the box too, so it's probably a settings or local configuration issue.

* Does it make a difference whether you toggle between the wintab and the windows ink api in the tablet page of the krita settings dialog?

* Does it make a difference if you clear krita's settings completely (https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration)?

When I open note on my surface, the pressure is fine, but still isn’t on krita for any of the brushes.

What you should do, is try these suggestions:

* Does it make a difference whether you toggle between the wintab and the windows ink api in the tablet page of the krita settings dialog?

* Does it make a difference if you clear krita's settings completely (https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration)?
Comment 9 Halla Rempt 2019-06-12 14:36:03 UTC
The screenshot you've attached is not really relevant: it's for when you want to add a button to the toolbar to toggle pen pressure on and off.

Please read the documentation on how to test whether you tablet is configured correctly at all: https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/drawing_tablets.html#where-it-can-go-wrong-windows and https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/preferences/tablet_settings.html

No, a video is useless. You need to answer the questions I asked you several times already.
