SUMMARY
After creating a document (I tried A4 and A3), the button MAXIMIZE in the upper right corner disappears, leaving only minimize and close window.

I'm using Lime PPA on Ubuntu 18.04

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a document (the welcome window still has the maximize button, it only disappears after creating a document)

Hm, I installed Ubuntu Desktop on my 19.04 Ubuntu, and I cannot reproduce the issue. Could it be a bug in Ubuntu's window manager that got fixed later on? The titlebar buttons are not something we actually do anything with...
