status of the applet after killall pulseaudio

SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Browser (Firefox)
2. start Kmail
3. start any internet video in firefox
4. the sound of the video is disturbed

OBSERVED RESULT
Before my last update i "solved" it in this way:
1. bash killall pulseaudio
2. the volume applet start again
3. It ran again, I got clear sound

OBSERVED RESULT
Since the last tumbleweed update a few days ago (Plasma 5.15.5)
the bug still the same but now i can't solve it. I'm doing the same thing I did before.

1. bash killall pulseaudio
2. now the applet doesn't work anymore. The settings/connection of the applet is lost (I have added two screenshots)

EXPECTED RESULT
the plasma volume control should work

I must add the following

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Browser (Firefox)
2. start Kontact/Kmail
!! when I don't start Kontact and watch videos in the browser the sound remains clear!!

The applet uses PulseAudio and doesn't work properly without it. Why are you killing pulseaudio manually?
