Created attachment 120480 [details] broken scaling visible on colour whell and icons SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open krita 4.20 and make new document 2. look at colour wheel, icons in GUI and layer previews (after mouseover) OBSERVED RESULT Visible, big. problems with scaling GUI. Jagged edges. Problem occurs in windows 10. I use a laptop Acer Aspire 17'' that has a built-in Intel 630 graphics card and Nvidia 1050. it does not matter which graphics processor i use the effect is the same. It might be important, that scaling on my screen is set to 125%. Maybe it is a reason. EXPECTED RESULT SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: windows 10 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I do not know if it is connected, but 4.20 drawing with brushes is two times slower than in Krita 4.17. I returned to version 4.17, unfortunately the new is not usable.

Could you check whether Krita 4.2.1 improves on this? Krita 4.2.0 used some experimental patches to make fractional display scaling on Windows possible (125%, for instance), and those patches could not be applied against the updated version of Qt we used for 4.2.1.
(In reply to Boudewijn Rempt from comment #2) > Could you check whether Krita 4.2.1 improves on this? I checked out Krita 4.2.1 portable version. I think the problem have been solved. Right now on 125% screen scaling everything seems to be ok. I also noticed improvement with painting speed. Thank you very much for fixes, now I can work with this version as well.
