For the version, you entered "4.1.5" -- if that is correct, please update to 4.2.0, which was released this week. So, please add the information I asked for. Right now, it's impossible to know whether there's something broken on your system, or in krita.
When I open krita's site it suggests me to install 4.2.0 version. I did it. But when i tried to open krita didn't work, not opened. So I install 4.1.5 version, but when I'm working krita closed. My OS is Windows 10.
