SUMMARY
Global shortcuts for Power Management appear to be duplicated, and those shortcuts do not currently work (i'm guessing that the un-assigned set are the ones that would actually work).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade from current stable to 5.15.90 on Arch Linux
2. Reboot
3. Attempt to use global shortcuts for screen brightness, look in System Settings -> Shortcuts -> Global Shortcuts -> Power Management

OBSERVED RESULT
Each shortcut appears twice in the list, with the first having a key bound. the second is unbound.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only one set of shortcuts should be in the list

I can confirm now that switching the key bindings to the other set of actions causes them to work.
