SUMMARY
Tone Color Picker (Drop cursor shape) is not correctly aligned with the exact mouse position.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Editor window 
2. Select "Adjust Levels" module
3. Select a Tone Color Picker (white typically)
4. Move the cursor between the parameter tab and the picture area.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Drop cursor is not aligned with the mouse position, making precise selection almost impossible.

EXPECTED RESULT
A precise part of the Drop icon (the very top ?) should exactly correspond to the Mouse cursor point.
