1. Open a file
2. Open 'new window'
3. open the same file with "new view"
4. use isolate layer


=>it will work once,isolating the layer,but you cant go back untill you remove the second view

Fix Isolated Mode when multiple windows are open

Only active window should restart isolated mode, not all of them
