SUMMARY
Watch the screen recording please.
I can't reproduce the bug consistently, apparently it occurs randomly.
It also occurs when I back to "All settings" from Mouse or Touchpad kcms.


EXPECTED RESULT
"Configure" button never disappears.

Is this still happening now for the "Switch to sidebar view" button that replaced "Configure..."?
