SUMMARY When I click on Install it shows the password request form for an instant, then it disappears and it says that it can not proceed because I didn't give the authorization. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Click on the security update icon 2. Click on Install update OBSERVED RESULT It does not install any updates. EXPECTED RESULT I expect it performs the available updates as usual. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 14.04 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: 4.13.3 Qt Version: 4.8.6 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Sorry for my english, because I am italian. Kubuntu 14.04 is using Plasma 4 and Qt4 software, and both are quite old and unsupported anymore. I strongly recommend upgrading to Kubuntu 18.04 or 19.04.
