SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open PDF document
2. Print and open Printer Properties of LJ4100 choosing 'Letter' & 'Landscape'
3. Click OK to print 

OBSERVED RESULT
Printer asks for A4 paper

This was fixed in a later version. The one provided by Linux Mint is very old.
