Created attachment 120337 [details] Screenshot SUMMARY Kdenlive always crash when I try to trim the video using shortcut X while playing the preview. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open project 2. Add some clips 3. Give several transition 4. Play Preview on Project Timeline 5. Press X to active trimming mode 6. Click on any clip on project timeline or 7. Try several times to move-remove the moving hairline on timeline area (area with time indicator) 8. Kdenlive then Freezing and crash OBSERVED RESULT Kdenlive freezed and crashed. Sometime just become unresponsive. EXPECTED RESULT Clip were trimmed as expected. Thank you for reporting. I could load the project file. Should be solved with the upcoming 19.04.2 version. Try with the nightly build: https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/unstable/kdenlive-19.04beta-20190524_standalone.exe.

As it has been a while since this was reported, can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved. Please try with the latest version (https://kdenlive.org/en/download/)
